    "content": "On the issue of representation of persons with disabilities, we should be careful. We have accepted persons with disabilities to be represented everywhere but now everybody is claiming disability. If you have one eye, you can claim to be disabled. If you have a tooth missing, you can also claim to be disabled. You have to be disabled to a certain degree to qualify to be called disabled."
