    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, while I understand the concerns of Hon. Rasso, I think this is a very progressive amendment which should be supported. However, I want to request my good friend, Hon. Mwaura, that out of his magnanimity he drops the amendment I have seen him circulating. This is because by including Persons with Disability (PWDs) at the Board under the CDFC we are actually taking care of the interests that we are trying to achieve here."
