Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 14 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (d) — “(da) receive and address complaints that may arise from the implementation of the Act; (db) encourage best practices in the implementation of projects”. We are adding two clauses which will allow the Board to receive and address complaints that may arise from the implementation of the Act. The second clause, to be specific, is to encourage best practice and the implementation of the project. So, it is basically a very simple amendment."
