    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I stand to oppose this amendment because it seeks to discriminate against the youth. If you look at the provisions, you need 10 years working experience and five years in senior management. That would mean that young people cannot acquire such positions when they can still contribute to this country. It is very interesting that when you are in politics, you want to fend off any form of competition through legislation or any other way but, when you are out, you cannot get employment. It is good to reason around that because we are the culprits. About 76 per cent of Members of Parliament do not come back to the House. Thank you."
