    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I stand to support the amendment as proposed by the Chairperson of the Committee. One, State corporations have come up with a Mwongozo Code requiring 10 years experience and we are just complying with it. We want to get the best brains to run the Fund. Paragraph (b) of the amendment seeks to introduce tenure of office for the chief executive officer of at least three years renewable. I support."
