    "content": "Thank you. It is, indeed, true that the number of years suggested is going to work against the youth. I do not see the value of 10 years experience. I support paragraph (a)(ii) of the amendment which talks about five years experience in senior management position. At least, that requirement makes sense. However, paragraph (a)(i) requiring 10-year experience does not add any value."
