    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. We have come a long way. We do not want this Bill to go to the Senate. You know that Hon. Kang’ata. This money will never be enough for us to take part of their functions. I am opposing. We are running out of time. The court order was made and we know the timeframe. If we bring this amendment, it will imply that it has to go for the concurrence of the Senate. So, we strongly oppose this. I thank you."
