Mwaura, the Mover, explains to this House what projects he has in mind because under the current mandate of CDF, I am trying to look for the project that he wants us to do for the persons with disabilities and I am having challenges. Right now, we are giving bursaries and many other things. So, when you say 5 per cent, what are these projects?"
