    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to oppose this amendment. I empathise with Hon. Mwaura for bringing this amendment. I believe that where we come from, persons with disabilities are part of our society. They go to common schools and enjoy common facilities. Also, within the CDF Committee, we normally have one person representing persons with disabilities. So, the interests of this part of our community are taken care of. Putting aside money to do nothing should not be part of this Bill. Thank you."
