    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 24 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub clause 1. As a Committee, we have accepted to move that amendment. This amendment eliminates the requirement that the number of projects that can be submitted should not be less than five and not more than 25. We believe that the way the Bill is drafted at the moment we do not need that Clause 24(1). I request Members to support that amendment."
