Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 34 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1)— “(1A) No project shall commence without public presentation of the project’s cheque to the project management committee by any member of the Constituency Committee in the presence of the member representing the constituency in the National Assembly”. “(1B) The tenure of members of the project management committees shall terminate at the end of every project”."
