    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to oppose this amendment. It is good for hon. Members to know that the Mover of the amendment did not make full disclosure of the meaning of this amendment. He just talked of the import as being to ensure that presentation of cheques is done in public – a position which is so popular to the House. However, that is not the only import. The first part of the amendment says “No project shall commence without public presentation of the project’s The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
