    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The new Constitution says that the Attorney-General must act in the interest of the public. However, any time he appears in this House, he says that unless the Government communicates to him, he cannot act. Is it in order for him to close his eyes, shut his ears and assume that he does not know what is happening within his own surroundings until somebody in the Government writes to him? The Constitution is very clear."
