    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I oppose this amendment by Hon. Kang’ata. This is because by the end of the day, the National Assembly cannot take over the role of the Board. If it does, then it is contravening the rules. If we are overseeing and again we have constituted a Board that has been approved by the National Assembly, it is like we are taking over their role. In that case, I do not support that amendment."
