    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the Members of this House must recognise that Hon. Kang’ata read this Bill. Some of us may have come here to vote, but Hon. Kang’ata read the Bill. That is why he is proposing an amendment similar to the one the Committee is moving. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 53 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (3) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (a) — “(aa) the procedure for appointment and removal of members of the project management committees”. I thank you."
