The proposal by the Chairperson gives a Member of Parliament oversight role and allows the Member to attend the constituency committee meetings, oversee its operations, to attend meetings to distribute those resources and to ensure that there is fairness in the entire exercise. That is the best that can be done at this particular stage. I ask Members to support."
