Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by deleting the definition of “project management committee” and substituting therefor the following new definition— “project management committee” means a committee appointed by the Constituency Committee to implement a project; We have mentioned the expression “project management committee” severally in the main Act and I was of the view that we need to define it. So, this is purely a technical issue. I have simply defined it as a committee that has been appointed by the CDFC to do a project."
