We have this very important Report on the KQ, we have the Motion on the extension of the term of the Commission on Implementation of the Constitution (CIC) and we also have a Motion by the Senator for Kakamega, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, on the issue of non-compliance to the summons by Governor Oparanya. Would I be in order to request if this House deems appropriate we limit all speakers to five minutes so that we can discharge this debate? Otherwise, if we proceed at this rate, we will not be able to finish the agenda of today. I beg to move that we restrict all speakers to five minutes so that we can finish all the three agenda."
