    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I congratulate the Chair and his team for a good Report although I have not read through the whole of it. It is sad that in the year 2015 we are still talking about KQ issue. I remember Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale in the last Parliament - I was a Member of the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare - when the issue of KQ was initiated and we made a good report then. The management and the board of directors of KQ literally refused to appear before the Committee. They sent lawyers and arrogantly absconded the summons.
