Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade on its consideration of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Trade facilitation, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 3rd December, 2015 (Morning Sitting) and pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, approves the ratification of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Trade Facilitation. I wish to make a few comments before I go to the details of the agreement.
