    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. It is a great opportunity that the Constitution of our country provides for Hon. Members who represent the people of Kenya across our land, opportunity to ratify any international agreements that involve our country. It is important particularly noting that we live in a globalised world where small things that are done in any corner of the world, somehow filter and affect people even in the remotest villages of our country.
