    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. The Ministerial WTO Conference that we are going to host from 14th to 18th December is very important for our country because it will improve our image internationally. It will make Kenya look a little better than it looks today, where we have very few tourists coming to our country. A very big number of people will come to our country. Kenya is known for attracting people. Once people come to this country, they will always want to come a second, third and fourth time. So, the event is very important for our country. The WTO is not always friendly to the developing countries. There are a lot of issues, especially in agriculture. We have a lot of issues to do with domestic support for their own agricultural goods, which affects us negatively. There are issues of subsidy for agricultural exports. There are also issues of market access, in respect of which no agreements have been reached. I do not know whether an agreement will be reached.
