Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended— (a) in paragraph (b) by deleting the expression “(b)” appearing at the beginning of the sentence; and (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)− “(c) develop monitoring framework and formulate oversight parameters relating to physical planning”. Part of the amendment is to correct grammatical errors."
