Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 23 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “one newspaper” appearing immediately after the words “in at least” and substituting therefor the words “two newspapers”; and, (b) by deleting sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause− “(3) Any person dissatisfied with the decision of the Cabinet Secretary may apply to the Cabinet Secretary for review of his or her decision and the Cabinet Secretary shall consider the same and communicate his or her decision within sixty days of receipt of application for review.”"
