Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 24 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause− “(1) If there have been no applications for review of the decision of the Cabinet Secretary, or if the applications for review have been heard and determined, the Cabinet Secretary shall submit the draft National Physical Development Plan to the National Physical Planning Consultative Forum for comments.”"
