Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 25 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause− “(2) Notwithstanding the lack of a National Physical Development Plan, planning authorities at the county level shall prepare County and Local Physical Development Plans”. This is to align the functions of both national Government and the county Government."
