Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “records” appearing at the end of the sentence and substituting therefor the word “purposes”; and (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause− “(2) At least three months before the end of the financial year, each public institution of the government that is responsible for the application or the implementation of a National Physical Development Plan shall prepare and submit a status report on the implementation of the National Physical Development Plan to the Cabinet Secretary or the County Executive Committee member responsible for physical planning and the National Land Commission for their purposes”."
