    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Lands the following Question by Private Notice. a) Can the Minister confirm or deny that the Government plans to buy land in Taveta to settle Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), and if so, would he provide details of the land to be bought for the purpose? (b) Does the Government plan a campaign to ensure that local residents are receptive to demands of hosting the IDPs and, if so, how much will the Government spend on the programme? (c) Is the Minister aware of the many landless persons in Taveta, and what plans does the Government have to settle them?"
