    "content": "Yes, on sub clause (3) of Clause 40. I would like him to be specific in terms of the number of days the county planning authority will adequately hold meetings with the stakeholders. Many times, the county planning authority might be afraid to spend much time with the citizens in the wards because they fear that the people may not go along with their development plans. So, they might just go there for a day and then disappear. If we become specific and say that they will spend, say, seven days in that ward, it will be very good."
