Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 51 and substituting therefor the following new clause− Approval of Local Physical Development Plan. 51. The County Executive Committee member in charge of physical planning shall within fourteen days after the approval of a local physical development plan publish a notice in the Gazette and in at least two newspapers of national circulation that the plan has been approved with or without modification and that the plan may be inspected at the place or places and times specified in the notice during normal working hours."
