Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 53 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “by the County Assembly” appearing at the end of the sentence; and (b) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the word “government” and substituting therefore the words “planning authority. The reason we have done that is because even a national physical planning is not being approved by the National Assembly."
