Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 61 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “tree cover” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the word “environmental”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2); (c) by deleting sub-clause (3); (d) in sub-clause (4) by deleting paragraph (c); (e) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the words “County Spatial Planning Tribunal” and substituting therefor the words “County Physical Planning Liaison Committee”; (f) by deleting sub-clause (6) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause−"
