Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 68 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph(b)− “(ba) Despite the provisions of subsections (1)(a) and (1)(b)(iii) of this section, in case of any material variations in a development permission, the applicant may apply to the planning authority for development permission.” (b) in sub-clause (2)− (i) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph− “(a) a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months or to both” (ii) by deleting paragraph (b)."
