Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 72 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “the development of land has been or is being carried out” appearing in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the words “a developer commences development on any land without development permission”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (4) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause− “(4) Any party aggrieved with the determination of the county physical planning liaison committee may appeal to the court only on a matter of law and the court shall hear and determine the appeal within thirty days.”; and (c) by deleting sub-clause (5) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause− “(5) A person who has been served with an enforcement notice and who refuses to comply with the provisions of that notice commits an offence and is liable on conviction The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
