They are not going to nominate or appoint a greenhorn to represent them in a Committee like this. They would get an experienced person. The onus would be on the Law Society of Kenya or the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya to nominate an experienced person. When they nominate someone to the Committee, they must feel that the person is qualified enough to represent them."
