Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 86 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “County” appearing immediately after the words “A member of a”; and (b) by deleting sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause− (3) A member of a physical planning liaison committee who does not disclose an interest as required under this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months or to both."
