    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to thank the House and particularly the leadership for the work well done. I thank the Departmental Committee on Lands for this Bill. It will do a lot of good to people like us who are in the neighbourhood of Nairobi where development needs to be organised. As we break, I wish everybody a Merry Christmas. We must remember that this country is ours and it does not matter which side we sit. We do not have another country to go to. I trust and believe that all of us will preach one Kenya and one country that we love in this holiday. Thank you."
