    "content": "We have been told of a management which did not understand the environment in which it operated leading to all sorts of poor decisions which have adversely affected the achievements of the airline. Overpricing, poor ticketing and poor routing have been detrimental to the operations of the Airline. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, one other feature which I have noted from this Report is the various human resource issues; labour disputes and protracted litigations in court. This will obviously have a huge impact on the morale of the staff and the quality of service that the airline is expected to deliver. These matters have been affected. Finally, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I want to say that the recommendations which have been made in this Report are important and they must be implemented for the survival of the Airline, and we need it to survive. Thank you."
