The capital revenue and processes that were to be encountered during those particular projects were not taken into consideration and that brought about the problem of cancellation of flights. The fuel hedging issue has been mentioned, which was completely against the practice and the norms. One wonders where the financial advisors were, unless, obviously, there was a scheme to ensure that at the end of the day, the money was put aside and not used for what it was meant for.
