Just so that you know that we are going by the Standing Orders, if you look at Standing Order No.34, it states that if no quorum is present at the expiration of 10 minutes, the Speaker may direct that the Bell be rung for a further five minutes. I, therefore, exercise my discretion and direct that the Bell be rung for a further five minutes. I hope the Whips are doing their job. This is not the Speaker’s job, it is the Whip’s job."
