Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade on its consideration of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Trade Facilitation, laid on the Table on Thursday, 3rd December, 2015 and, pursuant to Section (b) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, approves the ratification of the WTO Agreement on Trade Facilitation."
