There are advisories and rulings that have been made. We want to be consistent. This Member has not only pleaded with Chair about being unwell, but he has shown me the medication that he is taking. They are not drugs but medicines. I am going to consult whether, under those circumstances, a Member who explains himself very well with those facts may be considered as either properly or not properly dressed in the Assembly. Give me time, Member for Samburu West. I am going to consult the Standing Orders, the law and the relevant precedents. In a short while, I will come back to you and give you a ruling on it."
