    "content": "When you look at our coastal region, its importance cannot be overemphasised. Our tourism industry has been enhanced because of the Indian Ocean. The country has been earning a lot of foreign exchange because of the tourists visiting Indian Ocean. Therefore, there is need for us to actually manage our Indian Ocean and the coastal areas. When you look at the Indian Ocean or the zone we are talking about, a lot of people living around the coastal area along Mombasa, Kilifi, Malindi, Magarini up to Tana River depend on fishing, which is done in the Indian Ocean. Therefore, there is a need for us to manage that zone. A lot of activities happening in the Indian Ocean must be coordinated for proper management."
