    "content": "The lady is moving into a department with serious challenges. We know very well that the current Government performance is below par in terms of productivity and efficiency. In the Government, we have serious cases of resource wastages and issues to do with empowerment. Therefore, the lady is coming in at a very appropriate time. She was able to prove that she will deal with these issues. We need professionals who will reinvent Government, so that its performance can improve."
