    "content": "We are hosting the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Ministerial Conference, 2015 in Nairobi this week. This is, indeed, a proud moment for Kenya. Young people who want to go and work in other parts of Africa, in the Middle East, in far off in Asia, North America and South America should be facilitated through the Ministry of Labour and the Department of Youth Affairs. I look forward to this nominee taking on with full vigour the job she has been picked for once this House approves her nomination and she gets appointed."
