    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this chance. I also support the appointment of Lilian and once again thank the President of the Republic of Kenya and his Jubilee Government. I saw how Lilian presented herself during the vetting process and I sincerely thank the President because this time round we are having a lot of hope on the Kenyans who have been vetting because we know they will do a good job. The President this time round has not only concentrated on gender balance but has tried to give women who are married outside other communities jobs. This is the first President of the Republic of Kenya who has come up with a different idea from the rest. I wish my friend, Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo, was here because normally I like visiting Kisumu. There is a time I was challenging him and asking him: “In Kenya which tribe has married Kikuyu girls more than other tribes?” Of course it is the Luo who have married Kikuyu girls. In that case, you are our shemejis more than the Luhya."
