I stand to support the nomination of Lilian Mbugua Omollo not just because she happens to be my sister-in-law and my constituent but because she also has what it takes to be a PS. If you look at the Report, you will find that she has the proper academic credentials. She has the relevant experience and exposure. She is taking up a very challenging position, that of youth in particular. It is challenging in the sense that she will have to deal with issue of jobs and empowerment of the youth.
