    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this chance to support the appointment of Dr. Muraguri. Hon. Speaker, as we were vetting him, we realized that he is a person with a wealth of experience and he is ready to work for this nation. Dr. Muraguri is a person with a vision and a passion when it comes to matters of health in this country. Dr. Muraguri and Dr. Cleopa should sit down and come up with a clear-cut policy which will reduce the deaths we are facing from non- communicable diseases. On that note, I would like to thank the President and the Deputy President for the way they have appointed the new nominees because this time round, the President has seen the need for professionalism. The combination of Dr. Cleopa as the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Health, and Dr. Muraguri as the Principal Secretary will give this country a good future in terms of Health. I ask them to be on the lookout not to let corruption fail them. We need to see the machines that were bought working. In the very near future, every county must receive the machines they were supposed to receive. With those few remarks, I support."
