"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for allowing me to support this Motion. At the outset, I want to support the appointment of Dr. Muraguri as the Principal Secretary for Health. What I want Dr. Cleopa and Dr. Muraguri to know is that they have the full support of our Committee. However, we also challenge them that they need to live up to the professional etiquette in which they have been trained. They have risen through the ranks to be at the level which they are now. Dr. Muraguri was the Director of Medical Services while Dr. Cleopa has been the Director of Kenyatta National Hospital at one stage. Recently, he was the Director of Nairobi Hospital.
