    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support the nomination of Dr. Muraguri as the PS in charge of Health. This is one individual who, even the Departmental Committee on Health fully agrees that he has grown very strongly within the system. At whatever point he has served, he has had a very sterling performance. It goes a long way to motivate other civil servants who remain diligent and committed to duty. Even when Dr. Muraguri was a District Medical Officer in Eastern Kenya and where he has had programmes in other parts of this country, he has left very elaborate connections with the local communities. He has had experience of good collaborations with the development partners everywhere he has served.
